All the interventions are interactive and involve face-to-face training with exercises and case studies giving learners practical applications where necessary. Learners are given a study guide with each intervention which allows them to research the subject matter in more detail on completion of the program. A certificate of attendance is provided on completion the program. Where applicable learners do a post course assessment and the results are provided in the week following the intervention. Programs are aligned with Unit Standards where available under the NQF.
